Every Warhorn product is covered by a 30-day Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
1. Our 30-Day Limited Warranty
In short: Every product is covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery.
Warhorn Tactical LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that each product bought from warhorntactical.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the delivery date (the "Warranty Period"). This is a "Limited Warranty" under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. It is part of our Terms, Section 9.
2. What We Will Do
In short: Refund, repair, or replace, at Warhorn's option. You pay to ship the product to us; we pay to ship the repaired or replacement item back to you.
If a covered defect is reported during the Warranty Period, we will, at our option, refund the purchase price, repair the product, or replace it. If we need the product back, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it to us, including under an approved warranty claim; please use a trackable shipping method. We pay the cost of shipping a repaired or replacement product back to you. Refunds cover the product's purchase price; original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refunded. (Items that were sent in error or damaged in shipping are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy, where we pay return shipping.)
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
In short: Email your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery.
- Email info@warhorntactical.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos of the defect.
- We will reply, usually within 2 business days, and may ask for more photos or for the item to be returned for inspection. Please do not send anything back until we give you return instructions.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

4. What Is Not Covered
In short: Normal wear, misuse, modifications, and damage from gunfire are not covered.
This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; fading, shrinkage, or damage caused by not following the care label; damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or improper assembly or installation; modifications or repairs not made by us; using a product beyond its stated limits (such as a shooting table's load rating) or for a purpose it was not designed for; damage caused by firearms, ammunition, gunfire, muzzle blast, hot brass, or projectiles; minor cosmetic variations that do not affect function; and products not bought from warhorntactical.com. All other sales are final; see Returns.
5. Implied Warranties & Your Rights
In short: Implied warranties are limited to 30 days where the law allows. You keep rights that can't be waived.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 30-DAY WARRANTY PERIOD. EXCEPT FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WARHORN MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT ITS PRODUCTS. THE REMEDIES IN THIS WARRANTY AND IN SECTIONS 8 AND 9 OF OUR TERMS ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR PRODUCT DEFECTS, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 16 OF OUR TERMS (WHICH DOES NOT LIMIT CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT) AND EXCEPT AS APPLICABLE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE.
Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Disputes are handled as described in Terms, Section 18.
